3. Scope of Policy
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Julia’s Boutique offers returns or exchanges exclusively for items that are defective or damaged.
4. Defective or Damaged Products (Within 7 Days)
If a product purchased in-store or online is found to be defective or damaged, the customer may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
4.1 Notification Period
The customer must notify Julia’s Boutique within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the request may be submitted on the next business day.
4.2 How to Request

4.3 Return Method
The product must be returned to Julia’s Boutique via mail or another approved delivery method, and the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
4.4 Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

Original packaging intact

Tags attached

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

No signs of use

Defect consistent with the reported issue
4.5 Inspection and Resolution
Upon receipt, Julia’s Boutique will inspect the product and determine eligibility:
If Approved:
The customer may choose one of the following options:

Replacement with the same item (if available), at no additional cost

Store credit (including original purchase price and shipping costs)

Exchange for another product (price differences may apply)

Refund to the original form of payment
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days after approval.
Processing times for credit card refunds depend on the customer’s financial institution.
If Denied:
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the customer will be notified and may:

Arrange in-store pickup; or

Pay for return shipping to have the item sent back
5. Requests After 7 Days
After the 7-day period, returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
However, Customer Support remains available to assist with any product-related questions.

All items purchased under the “Sale” or “Promotions” section are considered:
